Common questions

Do I need an account?
An account is optional. You can create one or sign in on the web, then tap Back to app.

Where is my data stored?
Your routines, themes and photos stay on your device and never leave it. If you make an account, only your email and a hashed password are stored, on Cloudflare.

Reminders don't show up.
Turn on the daily reminder in the app under ••• → Streak & settings, and check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → TNG.

How do I delete my account?
In the app, open ••• → Streak & settings and tap Delete account. This removes your account from our server.

How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. All its on-device data is removed with it.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version.
